Psalms Book V 107 -150  “Deuteronomy”

 

Psalm 107:4 4 They wandered in the wilderness, in the desert; They did not find a city.

 

Psalm 107:10-11 They dwelt in darkness and in the shadow of death, prisoners in misery and chains,

Because they had rebelled against the words of God and spurned the counsel of the Most High.

 

 

Psalm 109:17 They loved cursing, so it came to them; They did not delight in blessing, so it was far from them.

They clothed themselves with cursing as with their garments, and it entered into them.

 

Exodus 19:12 "You shall set bounds for the people all around, saying, "Beware that you do not go up on the mountain or touch the border of it; whoever touches the mountain shall surely die.”

 

Galatians 3:10 All who rely on observing the law are under a curse, for it is written: "Cursed is everyone who does not continue to do everything written in the Book of the Law."

 

Deuteronomy 30:11 This commandment which I command you today is not too difficult for you, nor is it out of reach.

 

Deuteronomy 30:14 The word is very near you, in your mouth and in your heart, that you may observe it.

 

Genesis 15:6 Then he believed in the LORD; and He reckoned it to him as righteousness.

 

Galatians 3:6-7 Abraham believed God, and it was reckoned to him as righteousness.

Therefore, be sure that it is those who are of faith who are sons of Abraham.

 

Galatians 3:17 What I am saying is this: the Law, which came four hundred and thirty years later, does not invalidate a covenant previously ratified by God, so as to nullify the promise.

 

Psalm 111:3 Splendid and majestic is His work, and His righteousness endures forever.

 

Psalm 111: 7 The works of His hands are truth and justice;

8 They are upheld forever and ever; They are performed in truth and uprightness.

9 He has sent redemption to His people; He has ordained His covenant forever

 

Psalm 111:10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom

 

Psalm 112:1 Praise the LORD! How blessed is the man who fears the LORD,

Who greatly delights in His commandments.

 

Psalm 118:19-20 Open to me the gates of righteousness; I shall enter through them, I shall give thanks to the LORD.

This is the gate of the LORD; the righteous will enter through it.

 

Psalm 118:24 This is the day which the LORD has made; Let us rejoice and be glad in it.

 

1 Timothy 1:8 We know that the law is good if one uses it properly

9 Realizing the fact that law is not made for a righteous person

 

Psalm 119:29 Remove the false way from me. Be gracious to me through your law.

 

Psalm 119:77 May Your compassion come to me that I may live, For Your law is my delight.

 

Psalm 119:39 Turn away my reproach which I dread, for Your ordinances are good.

 

Psalm 119:25 My soul cleaves to the dust; Revive me according to Your word.

 

Psalm 119:11 Your word I have treasured in my heart, that I may not sin against You.

 

Romans 4:15 The Law brings about wrath

 

Romans 5:20 The Law came in so that the transgression would increase

 

Romans 7:5 …the sinful passions, which were aroused by the Law

 

Psalm 119:15 I will meditate on Your precepts and regard Your ways.

 

Psalm 143:8 Let me hear Your lovingkindness in the morning; For I trust in You;

 

Teach me the way in which I should walk; For to You I lift up my soul.

 

9 Deliver me, O LORD, from my enemies; For I take refuge in You.

 

10 Teach me to do Your will, For You are my God

 

Let Your good Spirit lead me on level ground.

 

11 For the sake of Your name, O LORD

 

Psalm 131:1-3 I don’t involve myself in great matters, Or in things too difficult for me. I have composed and quieted my soul; Like a weaned child rests against his mother.  O Israel, hope in the LORD from this time forth and forever.

 

 

Psalm 150 Praise the LORD! Praise God in His sanctuary; Praise Him in His mighty expanse. Praise Him for His mighty deeds

Praise Him with trumpet sound; Praise Him with harp and lyre. Praise Him with stringed instruments and pipe.

Praise Him with loud cymbals; Let everything that has breath praise the LORD.

Praise the LORD!
